Superintendent Benefits & Compensation Competitive salary, commensurate with experience 401(k) Comprehensive Health Benefits Paid time off Full-time, stable opportunity with professional growth Superintendent Requirements & Qualifications Journeyman Plumber License from Hawaii or any U.S. state (actively pursuing Hawaii licensure if out-of-state) 8+ years of supervisory experience in plumbing or mechanical trades Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards OSHA 30 certification (required) Valid driver's license with a clean record Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects Superintendent Preferred Background & Skills Superintendent certification (CCER) preferred Project management and job costing experience Strong team leadership and performance evaluation skills Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle challenges on-site Forward-thinking and adept at contingency planning Superintendent Day-to-Day Responsibilities Oversee daily field operations across multiple job sites Supervise foremen, technicians, and craft workers Coordinate schedules, inspections, subcontractors, and site logistics Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and code requirements Manage project timelines, costs, and documentation Represent the company in project meetings and direct client interactions Resolve on-site productivity and workflow challenges Support apprenticeship training and skills development Help build a better Maui—one project at a time.
