Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills In-depth knowledge of construction technology, equipment, tools, and work procedures Thorough knowledge of corporate policies and procedures Valid driver's license Superintendent Preferred Background & Skills Experience mentoring apprentices or supporting craft training programs Bilingual abilities Familiarity with modern construction management software Journeyman Plumber is a plus Superintendent Day-to-Day Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and supervise multiple projects or a large construction site, coordinating all craft and field activities Lead, mentor, and manage foremen, lead technicians, and craft teams to meet project goals and maintain a culture of safety and craftsmanship Oversee site operations, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met Foster collaborative relationships with internal teams, clients, and other contractors Provide technical guidance and problem-solving, interpreting drawings, and recommending construction methods as needed Compliance with all safety programs, corporate policies, and housekeeping standards Cured-in-Place Pipe (CIPP) technology experience Manage documentation, contracts, and financial aspects to protect company interests and support positive client relationships This role offers the chance to contribute to high-visibility construction projects in an environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and professional pride.
