Exciting Opportunity in Paradise!
Position:
Part-Time Site Manager We are seeking a motivated part-time Site Manager for ourbeautiful Kailua-Kona property.
Experience:
Excellent communication skills: work collaboratively with the General Manager, you'll be the go-to person for our property and residents, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a friendly smile.
Prior Experience Advantage:
If you have prior experience managing properties in Hawaii, including administrative, light maintenance and computer skills. Understanding of association documents and assisting with homeowner needs. Working with - Association management is a plus. Full medical coverage is provided.
Job Type:
Part-time (20 hours week) 4 days per week, off on weekends.
Pay:
