Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized On-site General Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at a Home Owners Association. This energetic role requires a proactive leader who can manage the onsite operations and maintenance.

Positions:

1 Full Time, 40 hours per week at one location Duties On-site operations management of dedicated property Manage Vendors Solicit Proposals Customer Service for Residents Update Client Records Weekly Manager Reports Attend Board Meetings as needed Office Administration & Organization Some on-site cleaning Some on-site maintenance Some landscape and common area clean up Regular Business hour: M-F 8am-5pm and after hours, weekend emergencies as neededSkills Excellent Customer Service Skills Strong Organization Skills Ability to adapt in a fast paced environment Experience managing multiple tasks efficiently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for quality assurance and thorough records. Ability to communicate clearly with vendors, team and residents at all levels of the organization. Dependable and reliable

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
