Property Manager Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Site Manager to support the daily operations of a residential property site. This is an on-site position ideal for someone with a construction and landscaping background, strong communication skills, and effective management experience. The successful candidate will supervise staff, maintain records, coordinate site activities, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily site operations. Supervise two or more employees; provide direction and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Maintain clear and professional communication with team members, vendors, residents, and owners. Track and submit employee work hours and timesheets electronically. Keep accurate and organized daily diaries, logs, and reports; file and retrieve documentation as needed. Collect and manage receipts for purchases; prepare and submit payment requests promptly. Use and enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); ensure compliance with safety protocols. Assist in minor construction, repairs, and maintenance tasks, as needed. Support landscaping operations, including maintenance and upkeep of grounds. Interact with homeowners and be familiar with owner association policies and procedures. Participate in a rotating ON CALL schedule for after-hours emergencies.
Qualifications:
Prior management experience supervising at least two employees. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage a variety of communication styles professionally. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication. Experience with time tracking systems and electronic timesheet submission. Highly organized with the ability to maintain and retrieve records efficiently. Familiarity with purchase tracking, receipt management, and basic budgeting. Working knowledge of PPE use and job site safety requirements. Background in construction and landscaping preferred. Experience working with or for homeowners' associations is a plus. Willingness to be available for emergency after-hours response on a rotating schedule.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, walking, standing, bending, and performing physical tasks related to site operations.
