Position Summary Magnum Electric is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to support a construction project in Boone, IA. This position supervises a large installation project and oversees job-site foremen and field personnel. The Superintendent coordinates on-site construction activities to help complete work ahead of schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications. Duties and authority may vary by client and project size and may include planning or directing an entire project or a defined portion of a project. Essential Responsibilities Promote and comply with all company and safety policies and procedures. Perform all duties required of a foreman. Coordinate and delegate site activities for foremen and field personnel to meet deadlines and production goals. Coordinate the activities of one or more subcontractors. Work with clients to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Ensure materials are delivered on time. Plan ahead and order the materials or equipment needed to maintain crew productivity. Document client change-order requests. Recommend best-practice improvements for production, performance, quality, and safety. Interpret project specifications, blueprints, addenda, and change orders. Recognize changes to the work plan and track them accordingly. Required Qualifications Iowa Journeyman or Master Electrician license. Ability to read construction prints, schematics, and wiring diagrams. Previous leadership experience. Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
