  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage various projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Duties:
  • Oversite for all phases of projects including scheduling of subcontractors, material, and equipment vendors.
  • Develope project schedules keeping all timely
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are on track
  • Utilize project management methodologies to plan, execute, and finalize projects
  • Manage project resources effectively and efficiently
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
  • Implement and maintain project management processes and documentation
  • Work closely with Superintendents
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise promptly to Superintendent
  • Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
  • Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in vendor management and product development
  • Proficiency in process management and computer skills experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of Procore Software Management System This is a paid position with competitive compensation.
