Construction Project Manager

Project Manager - Construction Modern Builders, Inc. | Iowa Modern Builders, Inc. is looking for an experienced, driven Project Manager to join our growing team. We are a design-build contractor with deep experience in commercial construction, pre-engineered metal buildings, roofing, siding, interiors, and specialty projects across Iowa and the Midwest. We are looking for someone who can lead projects, communicate with clients, manage schedules and budgets, and help continue building strong customer relationships. Sales experience is a major plus, as many of our Project Managers are involved in developing repeat business and identifying opportunities with existing and new clients. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, schedules, and field crews Oversee project budgets, change orders, billing, and documentation Work directly with owners, architects, engineers, and vendors Utilize Procore daily for project management, RFIs, submittals, schedules, and financial tracking Assist with estimating, proposal development, and customer communication Maintain project timelines and ensure high-quality workmanship Help develop and maintain long-term client relationships Qualifications Construction project management experience required Strong working knowledge of Procore software required Sales or business development experience is a huge plus Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and organizational skills Experience in commercial construction preferred Knowledge of PEMB/metal building construction is a plus Valid driver's license required What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Bonus opportunities Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Health benefits Paid time off Career growth opportunities Team-oriented culture with a respected regional builder Pay $55,000 - $90,000.
