Job Description

What You'll Handle- Site Ownership:
The go-to person on-site for the crew and client.
Look Ahead:
Responsible for identifying material/tools needed in advance to ensure efficiency.
Quality & Safety:
Ensuring the job is done right and the site is left clean.
Daily Sync:
Quick photo-updates (CompanyCam) and 5-min calls to stay on the same page. Who You Are- Master of the
Trade:
10+ years experience; expert from framing to finish. Specialising in interior work. Bathrooms and Kitchens. Drywall. Flooring. Custom Trim. Retrofitting. Tilling experience is a plus. We work on homes from the late 1800's to modern day.
A Natural Leader:
Ability to stay calm and solve problems on-site.
Organized & Reliable:
Punctual, hard-working, and a "get it done" attitude.
Respectful:
You treat every client's home like your own.
The Payoff- Competitive Pay:
$33.00+ per hour (Based on experience).
Autonomy:
If you prove you can run a site, I stay out of your way and let you lead.
Stability:
Deep backlog of work with a family-oriented, flexible environment.
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
