Team Lead/Supervisor:
No experience in the concrete industry is required, experience in management and/or a college degree is required. A previous labor background is preferred. Responsibilities Arriving at 6:30 am to our office Monday through Friday (Before crews arrive) Overseeing proper, safe, and efficient material load up of 2 crews Will be a lead for installing floors Ensures full completion of work by our teams to hit our monthly revenue output objectives Assigns crew members to work orders for the following day Calculates installer compensation based on our rev share pay model Maintains an inventory system and reports what materials are needed weekly so our centralized hub can get them ordered. Manages cleanliness and organization of warehouse Consolidates materials, as well as keeping the ware house organized Answer questions/manage issues from crew members during the day. Support sales team by providing input and answering question pertaining to potential projects. Recruitment/hiring of new crew members and overseeing all onboarding and training. Handles any disciplinary actions with crew members Required to assign floor repairs to himself or a crew member. Manages equipment, making sure the proper repairs are completed as well as making sure all vans are kept in order. Requirements Ability to be on time and at work by 6:30 AM every morning Strong computer abilities Fluent in Microsoft Excel Previous labor experience preferred Problem solving abilities Willingness to manage and lead a team of 2-10 installers Written and verbal communication skills Detail-orientated Willingness to listen and work with others Professional appearance and personality Valid driver's license Positive attitude Team 1st mentality Currently working Wanting to move up within the organization and take on more responsibility Critical Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Ability to read analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Ability to use computer software (proficient computer literacy) Attention to detail, time management and communication skills are essential. Education, Training and Experience College degree, or 12-24 months equivalent training or experience in production supervision
