of our work Our superintendent internship gives you the opportunity to work alongside experienced superintendents and gain firsthand experience managing the day-to-day operations of an active construction project. As a Superintendent Intern, you'll assist with all phases of the construction process, gaining experience in coordinating workers, materials and equipment while helping ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget and according to specifications. You may also have the opportunity to gain hands-on construction-experience as you learn what it takes to successfully manage a jobsite. What You'll Do Assist with the day-to-day operations of an active construction jobsite
Help coordinate workers, materials and equipment
Assist in ensuring work follows project plans, specifications and quality standards
Help maintain a safe, organized and productive jobsite
Gain experience tracking project progress and staying on schedule
Learn how superintendents manage projects from start to finish
Perform construction-related tasks and gain hands-on field experience
Work alongside project managers, subcontractors and other members of the construction team Who We're Looking For College sophomores, juniors or seniors pursuing construction management, construction engineering, or a related field
