Commercial Roofing & Construction Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Roofing Superintendent to oversee commercial roofing projects across multiple states. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with extensive roofing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage crews, schedules, and jobsite safety while traveling regularly. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly preferred to support communication with diverse field teams and clients. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate commercial roofing projects from start to finish Manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily jobsite operations Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA compliance Review blueprints, specifications, and project schedules Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and field personnel Perform quality control inspections throughout each phase of construction Track labor, materials, equipment, and production progress Travel extensively to job sites as needed Resolve jobsite issues quickly and professionally Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial roofing supervision Strong knowledge of TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems Ability to read plans and construction documents Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Willingness and ability to travel occasionally as needed Valid driver's license and clean driving record OSHA certification preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Travel accommodations and per diem provided Company vehicle Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement and long-term career growth 401k profit sharing 401k match Performance based bonus Holiday bonuses Why Join Us?
