This organization has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, technically challenging projects across multiple markets and continues to expand its presence within the rapidly growing data center sector. These positions are ideal for construction professionals who enjoy working on fast-paced projects, solving complex field challenges, and traveling to support high-profile builds across the country. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain project schedule and quality standards Lead daily site activities and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently Assist with project planning, sequencing, logistics, and schedule execution Conduct site walks and proactively identify and resolve field issues Coordinate inspections, punch list activities, and project turnover Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project leadership Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and safety requirements Support construction documentation, reporting, and field coordination efforts Foster strong relationships with project teams, subcontractors, and ownership representatives Requirements Experience as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, Field Engineer, or related construction leadership role Ground-up commercial construction experience required Data center, mission critical, industrial, advanced technology, healthcare, semiconductor, or other complex project experience highly preferred Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments throughout the United States Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field operations Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills OSHA 30 preferred Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid holidays and PTO Travel support and project-related expenses covered
