Jerry's Homes is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Warranty Manager to lead our new homeowner warranty program. This role is responsible for managing all post-closing warranty service requests, coordinating repairs with subcontractors and trade partners, and ensuring every homeowner has a positive experience with their new home. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty claims and service requests Review, triage, and prioritize incoming warranty requests based on urgency and scope of work Schedule and coordinate repair visits with subcontractors, trade partners, and internal field staff Conduct site visits and inspections to assess reported issues and determine appropriate resolution Track warranty claims from intake through completion Maintain accurate records of warranty issues, root causes, and resolutions to identify trends and recurring construction defects Collaborate with construction, sales, operations teams to communicate warranty policies and reduce future claims Prepare regular reports on warranty claim volume, costs, response times, and homeowner satisfaction Handle escalated or difficult homeowner situations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach Qualifications 5+ years of experience in residential construction, home warranty administration, or customer service within the homebuilding industry Strong knowledge of residential construction practices, building codes, and common warranty issues Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate across teams and external vendors Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites within the service area High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in construction management, business, or related field preferred Prior experience with a homebuilder or general contractor strongly preferred Join our team as a Warranty Manager if you are passionate about delivering outstanding service and want to make a positive impact on our customers!
