Boise Hunter Homes is adding an Assistant Superintendent, to join our top-notch Field Team!
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist Superintendent in monitoring all on site construction activities Help in the scheduling of Subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion Perform regular quality control checks Work with Superintendent to ensure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their scope of work Assist in coordinating required inspections with local jurisdictions Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate to project team for resolution Help maintain daily scheduling activities on each jobsite Ensure subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by project team Walk all projects daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning Ensure jobsite is always kept clean and organized Perform job progress and completion punch list identification with Superintendent What you bring to the table: Residential construction or related trade experience preferred Construction Management or other related degree preferred Thrive in a fast pace work environment Self-Starter who wants to produce quality product, perform at a high level and grow in their career
