We're a leading restoration company in the McCall area, and we're on the hunt for a talented Reconstruction Project Manager to join our dynamic team! If you have a passion for restoring and rebuilding, along with the leadership skills to manage projects from start to finish, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

Lead and manage restoration and reconstruction projects, making a real difference in the community. Work directly with clients, contractors, and our team to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and up to our high-quality standards. Oversee every detail on-site, ensuring safety and compliance at every stage. Handle project documentation, timelines, and budgets with precision.

What We're Looking For:

Experience managing reconstruction or restoration projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills that keep things running smoothly. Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and mitigate risks. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred. Experience in DASH and Xactimate is a plus.
