In this role, you will support the construction management team by overseeing daily site operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining project schedules. Your energetic approach and proactive management will help deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. Duties Assist the Superintendent in coordinating all aspects of construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control, as well as some manual labor. Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure work is performed safely, efficiently, and according to plans and specifications. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate execution of plans. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting regular safety inspections and enforcing safety protocols. Manage project documentation through construction management software such as Conduct quality control inspections Support project scheduling efforts by updating schedules regularly and identifying potential delays early. Assist in managing subcontractor contracts, scope of work, and procurement processes for commercial construction. Experience Experience in construction site supervision or assistant superintendent roles within commercial projects is a plus. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards relevant to large-scale construction sites. Supervising experience with a track record of managing diverse teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards.

$55,767.18 - $67,160.48 per year
