Job Description

Program Supervisor Salary Exempt | Residential Habilitation Position Summary The Program Supervisor leads the daily operations of multiple residential homes by developing strong House Managers, supporting Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), and ensuring consistent regulatory compliance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who builds structure, drives accountability, and elevates performance while maintaining high-quality client care. Leadership & Team Development This role requires full ownership of team performance and operational outcomes: Supervises, coaches, and evaluates House Managers, DSPs, and float staff while conducting consistent check-ins and performance conversations. Lead onboarding and ensure new hires are trained to standard. Maintain and improve training systems. Address performance concerns directly with maturity and follow-through. Success in this role means developing confident, capable House Managers who can effectively lead their homes while maintaining strong morale and accountability across teams. Operations Management Oversees scheduling in 7Shifts, including approvals, timecard audits, and overtime monitoring. Manage float coverage and on-call rotations, respond promptly to staffing gaps or urgent needs. Coordinate medication assistance training. Strong organizational skills and decisive action are essential to keeping operations consistent and stable. Compliance & Quality Assurance Ensures adherence to company policies and Idaho regulations through routine audits of documentation, medication logs, and home systems. Participates in administrative meetings to support operational alignment and continuous improvement. Clean documentation, regulatory readiness, and consistent follow-through are core expectations. Required Qualifications Demonstrated leadership experience managing direct reports Strong communication skills and the ability to address performance issues professionally Valid Driver's License Ability to manage competing priorities and make independent decisions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling systems Preferred Qualifications Experience in Residential Habilitation or HCBS programs Knowledge of Idaho regulatory requirements Work Environment Regular visits to residential homes Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs Routine use of computer and office systems Hours and Pay Full time, Salary-exempt position working Monday

  • 5:00 PM. As a leadership role, occasional support outside standard office hours may be required to address staffing or operational needs. Flexibility and accountability are essential. $20
