Disaster Response is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager with TPA experience to join our Northern Hub. If you know restoration and reconstruction, understand insurance-driven projects, and enjoy taking ownership from start to finish, this could be a great next step. TPA experience is important for this role. We're looking for someone who understands program requirements, carrier expectations, documentation, timelines, and what it takes to successfully manage TPA projects. What You'll Do Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from approval through completion. Oversee TPA requirements, documentation, deadlines, and carrier expectations . Manage schedules, budgets, job costs, quality, and profitability. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and internal teams. Communicate with customers, adjusters, carriers, and other project stakeholders. Solve problems, keep projects moving, and deliver an excellent customer experience. What We're Looking For TPA experience in the restoration industry strongly preferred. Restoration, reconstruction, or insurance-related construction experience. Experience working with insurance carriers and adjusters. Strong project management, communication, and leadership skills. Knowledge of job costing, scheduling, and project profitability. Xactimate experience preferred. DASH or other restoration management software experience is a plus. We're looking for someone who is driven, organized, accountable, and ready to take ownership.
