About Us We are a growing residential electrical contractor specializing in production home construction. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Home Electrical Shop Manager to lead our operations, manage field crews, strengthen builder relationships, and help drive company growth. This position requires a strong leader who can balance operational excellence, team development, customer service, and business growth. Responsibilities Schedule production home electrical projects and coordinate crew assignments. Manage workforce planning to ensure projects are completed on time and efficiently. Oversee material usage, inventory management, and purchasing. Maintain frequent communication with builders, contractors, suppliers, and company leadership. Utilize computer software to manage schedules, reports, job tracking, and communications. Recruit, hire, train, and retain top-quality employees. Develop and maintain relationships with current builders while pursuing new builder partnerships. Mentor and coach employees to support professional growth and accountability. Monitor project performance and implement process improvements. Ensure company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are met. Qualifications Residential electrical experience required, preferably in production home construction. Previous management or supervisory experience. Strong organizational and scheduling abilities. Experience managing multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Recruiting and employee development experience preferred. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
