COMPENSATION
$15.05 per hour/ 25 to 29 Hours /Week
JOB SUMMARY
One of the main priorities of the site coordinator is to ensure safety of youth by guaranteeing the entrance area is always supervised. Another priority is to make sure all members, staff, and visitors have the best Club experience possible. The site coordinator will work diligently to ensure members receive impactful programming in a safe, fun, and bright environment that contributes to a world-class Club experience. The site coordinator will work with the YDP's to create a well-rounded fun environment. The site coordinator is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse are as smooth as possible. The site coordinator will report to the Clubhouse Director daily.
KEY ROLES
(Essential Job Responsibilities): Member Safety and Supervision
- 20% Set expectations and enforce Club rules for all members in fairness and in alignment with Club policies and procedures. Hold members accountable for behavior choices and communicate the benefits of positive choices. Clock members in and out Communication Management
- 20% 1. Answer telephone calls and return any missed calls, emails, and voicemails promptly 2. Communicate any upcoming events or important information regarding members or the program to guardians 3. Maintain confidentiality in dealing with Club member information sharing Member Relationship Building
- 20% Build relationships with all Club members. Communicate and model the Club values of Respect, Responsibility, and Integrity Provide ongoing guidance and mentoring to all members Embody the positive attitude and self-confidence that ensures a member's success while having fun Cultivate trust and honesty between all staff and members Structured Youth Engagement
- 10% In coordination with the Program Director, plan and deliver specialty programs (Torch Club, Keystone, Etc.
), community service projects, and inhouse Club events In coordination with program director ensure Youth Program Quality practices are being implemented. Develop strategies for providing youth and staff with new skills Support program director in ensuring that activities meet one of the four program outcomes. Data Entry and Management
- 10% Collect payment for new and renewing memberships and responsibly handle all money coming in Enter data from membership forms into MTS and file hardcopy Ensure that all membership files are accurate, up to date, and secure. Cleaning and Facility Maintenance
- 10% Work with staff and youth to ensure everyone is accountable for Club cleanliness Work with team daily to clean Club spaces (wiping everything down, sanitizing, sweeping, and mopping, etc.) YDP Support

Facilitate minute meetings and post notes in Teams daily to hold staff accountable 2. Help Directors onboard staff 3. Keep staff morale positive 4. Support staff with challenges
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Attend monthly staff meeting and additional staff development trainings. May drive Club vehicles to transport youth to/from special events pending approval. Other duties as assigned
RELATIONSHIPS
Internal:
Maintain close, daily contact with Club members, Club staff (professional and volunteer), Club parents, and supervisor to receive/provide information, discuss issues, explain or interpret guidelines/instructions, instruct, and advise/counsel.
External:
Maintain contact with supervisor and Program Director.
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
A minimum of one-year prior work experience in a formal work setting; B&G Club, youth development organization, or customer services preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Bilingual preferred. Basic math skills Group leadership skills, including an understanding of group dynamics. A positive attitude, integrity, and interest in helping youth become successful adults.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED CPR and First Aid Certifications (provided) Valid driver's license (preferred)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is not an office position. During Club operation hours, this position requires high mental and physical energy. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: Stand, reach, stoop, kneel, sit; talk, walk frequently, climb stairs, and listen/hear Use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work Light to moderate lifting is required (lifting up to or over 50 lbs.) Regular, predictable attendance is required; Club functions and events may require extended daily hours be worked as such business demands dictate.
