$110,000 - $130,000 per year Job Details -
Core Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards Collaborate closely with Project Managers, executives, and clients Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision-making Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations
Qualifications:
8-15+ years of commercial construction experience 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar) Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams simultaneously Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and safety practices Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) OSHA 30 certification preferred

Education:
