A DAY IN THE LIFE

We are looking for a highly motivated College Superintendent Intern/Coop, who is passionate about the construction process to join our team. At ARCO, an Intern/Co-op has the opportunity to assist Superintendents with the following: Work on the jobsite and get hands on experience from our expert field personnel on projects in various working stages, working directly in the Mission Critical industry Learn various skills from the Superintendent on the job including creating schedules, talking to subcontractors, running a project smoothly from start to finish and working with the Superintendent on the job. You will make a meaningful contribution to ARCO's success, performing critical tasks in every stage of the project life cycle.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Grade Point Average of 3.0 out of 4.0. Ability to work onsite in the fall, spring or summer. Local to Indiana Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or other related degree programs. Co-op or Intern construction experience preferred, but not required. Excellent verbal communication skills and a strong work ethic
