Job Description

Director of Safety - Build a Safer Future with Us! Are you passionate about creating a culture where safety comes first? Do you thrive in a leadership role, ensuring teams go home safe every day? We're looking for a Director of Safety to take charge, drive proactive safety initiatives, and make a lasting impact on our projects and people.
What You'll Do:
✅ Develop and enforce company-wide safety programs ✅ Conduct site inspections, training, and incident investigations ✅ Mentor field and office teams on safety best practices ✅ Track and maintain OSHA compliance and safety documentation ✅ Ensure proper use and distribution of
PPE What We're Looking For:
✔ 8+ years of safety leadership experience in construction ✔ OSHA 30 (OSHA 500/510 preferred) ✔ Strong communication and leadership skills ✔ Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office ✔ Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
