Superintendent Qualifications:

3+ years of commercial construction experience Proven track record successfully completing large complex commercial projects Involved with projects $20MM or larger Proficiency with safety procedures Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Willing to travel regionally

Responsibilities:

Implements, maintains and enforces safety procedures Understands project plans and specification and condusts job site operations in compliance with contract Conducts required meetings and produces necessary documents development and maintain positive relationships with clients, sub-contractors, agencies and employees
