Commercial Construction Project Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to assist with the planning and management of commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on commercial construction experience who is looking for a part-time position and enjoys working closely with project leadership. The selected candidate will help coordinate subcontractors, review project progress, and support construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and according to plan. Responsibilities Assist with coordination of subcontractors and construction activities Review construction drawings and help ensure work follows plans and specifications Monitor job progress and help maintain project schedules Help organize project timelines and sequencing of work Support communication between trades, suppliers, and project leadership Assist with permit coordination and inspections Monitor jobsite quality and safety practices Identify potential issues and recommend solutions Help track materials, deliveries, and subcontractor progress Requirements 5+ years of commercial construction experience Experience working on industrial, warehouse, shop, or commercial building projects Concrete work and foundations Metal or steel buildings Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing coordination Site development and utilities Ability to read and understand construction drawings Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Project Manager , Superintendent , or Foreman Experience working on repair shops, truck facilities, or industrial buildings Familiarity with local construction processes and inspections Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Project Manager , Superintendent , or Foreman Experience working on repair shops, truck facilities, or industrial buildings Familiarity with local construction processes and inspections Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors Practical, hands-on construction knowledge Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Project Manager , Superintendent , or Foreman Experience working on repair shops, truck facilities, or industrial buildings Familiarity with local construction processes and inspections Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors Schedule Part-time position Flexible schedule depending on project phase Some on-site presence required during key phases of construction

Pay:

$68,013.70 - $81,908.97 per year
