A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

In this Construction Project Manager / Estimator opportunity, you'll manage projects from pre-bid through closeout while staying hands-on in the field and supporting accurate, competitive bids. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Project Manager / Estimator position include: Minimum three years of experience in the civil construction industry. Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple civil construction projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, documentation, and reporting; monitor scope and manage change orders. Ensure work meets plans and specifications; perform QA/QC inspections and verify field performance aligns with contract documents. Oversee subcontractor work, compliance, and required documentation. Coordinate with owners, agencies, and other project stakeholders, including traffic control and closure requests. Review and analyze plans, specifications, special provisions, and bid documents; incorporate addenda and prepare detailed bid proposals. Use estimating/project management software platforms (HardHat required) and support material submittals and procurement with lead-time considerations.
Salary:
$60K-$85K commensurate with experience.
