Traveling Construction Superintendent Salary:

$80,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience Base location:

Year-round assignments across the Midwest and East Coast Lead big-box retail and distribution center remodels and expansions, taking ownership of the jobsite from project start through final punch list. You'll coordinate subcontractors, solve problems on site and keep projects moving safely, on schedule and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, materials and deliveries. Maintain jobsite safety and enforce OSHA requirements. Carry out daily site walks, quality checks and progress reporting. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation using Procore and Wrike. Work closely with project managers, the General Superintendent and client representatives. Resolve site issues and drive work through completion and final punch list. What you'll need At least five years of Construction Superintendent experience on big-box retail or distribution center projects, including remodels and expansions. Experience managing subcontractors, schedules and budgets in fast-paced construction environments. Strong working knowledge of Procore and Wrike. Confidence using Microsoft Office and Excel for reporting and documentation. A solid understanding of OSHA requirements and construction site safety. Clear communication, practical problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership on site. Availability for year-round travel throughout the Midwest and East Coast. Ready for your next project?
