TBD (based on experience) Position Overview Armoured Builders is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential New Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple custom home builds and subdivision projects from start to finish. This role is responsible for managing timelines, subcontractors, and ensuring high-quality construction standards are met on every project. This is a hands-on, field-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced residential building environment. Key Responsibilities Manage phases of residential construction projects Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections Oversee multiple builds at once (custom homes + spec homes) Maintain project timelines and ensure deadlines are met Monitor budgets, approve invoices, and track cost changes, when needed Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality and safety standards Ensure homes are completed to Armoured Builders' quality standards Coordinate final punch lists Qualifications 3+ years experience in residential construction project management (custom homes preferred) Strong knowledge of home building process from ground-up Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and scopes of work Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving ability Experience managing subcontractors and schedules Familiarity with permits, inspections, and local building codes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if not providing company vehicle) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses Company vehicle or gas compensation Paid time off Opportunity for growth with a fast-growing builder Schedule / Hours Monday - Friday Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional early mornings or late afternoons depending on jobsite needs Occasional Saturday site visits (as needed for deadlines or inspections) Work Environment Primarily field-based (job sites) with some office coordination Projects located throughout Chicagoland area and Southern Wisconsin Fast-paced, growing residential construction company Why Join Armoured Builders Growing pipeline of custom homes Strong reputation for quality and design Opportunity to take ownership of projects and make an impact Tight-knit team with room to grow
