Position Summary:

The Residential Construction Lead provides oversight and leadership on new residential construction sites from start to finish. This position serves as the primary contact for contractors and will work hands on with volunteers to build new, affordable single-family housing. The Residential Construction Lead will further the Habitat for Humanity mission by teaching volunteers of all skill levels about the importance of affordable housing and by leading them through valuable volunteer experiences. The ideal candidate should have project management experience and experience leading teams.

Skills and Competencies:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction, or construction project management
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work both in office and field environments and manage shifting priorities
• Experience leading teams or working with volunteers is highly preferred

Pay:

$58,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
