A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description Our client is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Executive (PX) to support a high-profile, multi-year development. This project has been ongoing for years and this customer has a need to have someone onsite manage this work for years to come since this is a high-profile customer. This project requires a strategic leader capable of managing executive-level stakeholder relationships, driving project teams, and overseeing complex construction operations. This is an opportunity to utilize your background and familiarity working with MEPs and specifically controls. 10+ years of construction project management experience- specifically controls and mechanical systems/MEP
Experience as a Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, or similar leadership role.
Proven ability to manage large teams and subcontractors.
Experience with major commercial, institutional, or infrastructure projects well into the 10s of millions in total budget
Strong executive presence and client-facing communication skills.
