Primary Responsibilities Assist the division and NVR developer partners in understanding requirements involved in the Subdivision Approval and Development Improvement process Identify bottlenecks and potential delays early and provide solutions and focus in order to meet planned community sales opening dates. Participate in due diligence studies on new acquisitions. Maintain company standard database to track the status of each community through the municipal approval process and land development process.
