This is a 5-6 month project (Starting mid-May, approx. 5/18). Now seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee a ground-up, 1-story Leasing Office and Fitness Center project within an active apartment community. This role requires full on-site leadership, managing all phases of construction while ensuring minimal disruption to surrounding residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily on-site construction operations
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project workflow
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain site compliance
• Coordinate deliveries, inspections, and site logistics
• Oversee traffic control, parking coordination, and access within an occupied community
• Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure project standards are met Pay rate is $50/hour.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience working in occupied or active residential environments preferred
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedule adherence
