Commercial, Industrial, and Federal Construction Projects Mandatory Licences & Certifications:
None Required The Opportunity You will drive total project execution from initial bidding to final close-out across dynamic commercial, industrial, and federal construction developments. This role positions you at the heart of our operations, where your expertise directly shapes site safety, financial success, and client trust. You will lead cross-functional project teams within a supportive, family-oriented environment that actively invests in your long-term career advancement. How You Will Make an Impact Lead full lifecycle management including estimating, budgeting, subcontractor procurement, and contract negotiations. Coordinate project teams, architects, engineers, and site superintendents to maintain strict schedules and budgets. Perform regular on-site quality and safety inspections to identify and resolve field challenges proactively. Level subcontractor proposals, draft comprehensive subcontracts, and manage ongoing change order requests. Oversee applications for payment to maintain smooth financial workflows and prompt project funding. Maintain clear, continuous communication with project owners and serve as the primary liaison for deliverables. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science. Minimum of 7 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry. Minimum of 5 years of experience managing commercial or industrial construction contracts as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Manager. Advanced proficiency with software tools including Microsoft Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, and Procore. Deep understanding of construction accounting concepts, project budgeting, legal standards, and MEP building systems. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience managing Federal Government construction contracts.
