We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. Our team relies on dedicated individuals to oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery, ensuring each engagement is completed on time, within scope, and budget.Responsibilities:
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Lead project teams and coordinate activities to ensure established goals are achieved. Monitor progress, identify emerging issues or risks, and implement appropriate solutions. Manage communications with stakeholders and senior management, providing regular updates on status, deliverables, and resource needs.Required:
PMP certification is required for consideration. Demonstrated experience leading and managing projects through their full lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Top 3Key Skills Needed:
- Project Management
- Reading/Interpreting Civil construction plans
- Financial Forecasting (Monthly Cash Flows) of projects
Candidate MUST Haves:
- Project Management experience (3+ years)
- Utility experience (Electric, Gas, or Water) or Civil construction experience or Engineering experience directly working on Utility installation/relocation projects
- Experience reviewing contract proposals/bids
- Experience with preparing the project forecasting (e.
