Job Description Lead full lifecycle of multifamily construction projects Manage project teams including PMs, APMs, and field staff Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting Develop and maintain schedules for large-scale developments Coordinate with ownership, developers, and design teams Manage subcontractor procurement and performance Ensure quality, safety, and project milestones are met Lead project meetings and executive-level reporting MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
