Become the backbone of our construction team! We're seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee our field personnel and ensure exceptional project execution. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What You'll Do:

• Review new projects, plan for efficient execution, and ensure quality control.
• Proactive project manager that anticipates and addresses possible issues to ensure client expectations are met.
• Ability to manage and hold a team accountable to complete tasks on a deadline.
• Conduct job kick-offs and regularly visit sites to monitor progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure projects meet the highest standards of workmanship based on Archadeck standards.
• Conduct regular quality checks throughout construction.
• Oversee final clean-up and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion.
• Take on additional duties as assigned.

You're a

Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project and staff management.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with homeowners.
• Construction experience is required.
• A valid driver's license with the ability to travel within the Chicagoland area up to 75% of your workday.
