Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Operations oversees multiple preconstruction and construction phase projects. The Director of Operations supervises team members as they implement and complete these projects, with an emphasis on contractual agreements. The Director of Operations also maintains staffing levels on projects in conjunction with the Field Operations leadership and leads all training and mentoring of project teams and field staff. Additionally, the Director of Operations will contribute to client service and business development, helping to ensure our company for future work with new and existing clients. This may include attending events and outings with clients, architects, and trade partners to help build and maintain relationships.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field.
Experience:
10 years of experience in construction project management. 3 years of leadership experience.
Licensure/ Certification:
Active state driver's license. Must earn Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) Certification within 90 days of hire. AND Must obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) within 6 months of hire. AND Must OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety training within 6 months of hire.

Healthcare Infection Control & Interim Life Safety Training. OSHA 30-hour training. Last Planner Systems (LPS) Training.

Experience:
15 years of experience. 5 years of experience leading project management teams.
Licensure/ Certification:
Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
