Design Manager

Major responsibilities include the oversight and creation of fire alarm and special hazards construction drawings using AutoCAD, along with compiling all accompanying documentation, permit applications, record keeping and as-built drawings. This position will also provide general support to sales estimators and project technicians within the department. You will be expected to assess each design for compliance with applicable NFPA and IBC codes, local Authority Having Jurisdiction requirements, and manufacturer\'s specifications. An eye for detail, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and cooperative participation within a team will be crucial in this fast-paced and challenging position.
