A leading Rockford/Beloit area commercial general contractor is seeking a Senior Superintendent to run large, complex projects and mentor field teams while maintaining high standards for quality and safety. The Role As a Senior Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day construction operations from preconstruction through closeout. You'll serve as the primary on-site leader, responsible for planning, coordination, and execution, while partnering closely with project management to deliver successful projects. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly, and understands how to keep projects moving without unnecessary friction.
