In this Construction & Development Manager opportunity, you'll serve as the right-hand—coordinating projects from early planning through construction and final handoff while keeping work moving across the team and the field. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction & Development Manager position include: At least 3 years of relevant experience in residential construction, land development, or a closely related field. Manage or support single-family homebuilding projects from early planning or development through construction and closeout. Coordinate with city and county staff on subdivisions, permits, approvals, and related development processes. Represent the company at municipal and public meetings, including comfortable group presentation (including council meetings). Understand grading, drainage, and water flow as they relate to development and construction. Support new home construction; potentially support apartment development as projects expand. Contribute to project drafting and plan revisions if qualified (Chief Architect experience is a plus; CAD/Revit are transferable). Maintain a pool of subcontractors and help find appropriate contractors as project needs arise.

Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
