Clear growth to a Project Manager title and opportunity to run projects Established General Contractor with a strong backlog of projects through 2027 About Our Client Work as an Assistant Project Manager for a top notch construction firm that has a track record for excellence resulting from a combination of wide-ranging experience, exceptional teamwork, and phenomenal growth. Their pipeline is significantly higher than anticipated for the next couple years. Additionally, our client places a strong emphasis on positive company culture and they want to grow their team with strong construction professionals. Job Description Develop a thorough understanding of the entire scope of work, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittal and other requirements. Initial setup of submittal log, i.e., proper distribution path, number of copies/submittals required (to be done with assistance of PM) and required completion dates. Communicate and coordinate submittal process with contractors through construction management software. Assist in compilation of bid contracts. Write Scope of Work for assigned trades. Modify and updated with the assistance of the project manager to accurately reflect the current project. Assistance with planning and analysis of conceptual design issues and preconstruction activities Review and analyze potential changes to budget or schedule. The Successful Applicant 1+ years of experience Experience in tilt wall/ pre cast light industrial work Self-motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Proficient in Procore or related construction management software Solid written and communication skills 4-year degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Architectural Studies What's on Offer A competitive base salary between $85,000-$100,000 (Depending on Experience) Competitive bonus structure, project/profit based.
