A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
Normal working hours:
8:30 to 5:00 pm but on call 24/7 in case of emergencies Based in Rosemont, but frequent travel required to Wintrust locations, mostly in southern Chicagoland and western suburbs. What You'll Do Plan and control costs while ensuring timely project delivery Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies Provide critical analysis of architectural drawings and product specifications Pay invoices, and analyze operating statements Prepare annual and project budgets and report on financial performance regularly Manage on-site staff, and vendor and contractor relationships Address complaints, violations, and problems Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience related to Retail and Commercial Office Development Must be an excellent communicator and able to scope and juggle multiple projects of various sizes and complexity Clear understanding of commercial construction process Experience with Workday, Excel, Construction Software, Prolog, Procure & Microsoft Project or equivalent Nice to have: Industry-related certifications and awards Benefits Medical Insurance- Dental
