A growing residential developer and builder is seeking a Project Superintendent to lead construction operations for large-scale residential community projects in Southeast Wisconsin. Responsibilities:
Lead all field operations for a multi-phase residential construction project. Manage trade partners and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Coordinate schedules, inspections, material deliveries, and site logistics. Drive project milestones and maintain production schedules. Conduct regular quality control inspections. Collaborate with project management, design, purchasing, and ownership teams. Maintain compliance with local building codes and safety requirements. Resolve field challenges and keep projects moving forward.
Must-Have Skills:
4+ years of residential construction experience as a Superintendent Experience with single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, or similar residential product types (stick-frame). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple homes or units simultaneously. Strong understanding of construction sequencing, site coordination, and project supervision. Experience managing subcontractors and maintaining construction schedules. Strong quality control, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Working knowledge of construction software, with Buildertrend experience preferred. Understanding of OSHA safety compliance and residential construction requirements. Why Consider This Opportunity?
