Rooftop Solar Construction Manager Job Description Oversee daily rooftop solar construction projects, manage field crews and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities Manage and oversee daily operations of rooftop solar construction projects. Coordinate and supervise field crews and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Deliver projects within budget and on schedule. Maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Skills 3+ years experience with Commercial & Industrial rooftop solar projects. Proficient in construction management, project management, and electrical systems. Experience with construction management software such as Procore. OSHA 30 certification. Strong computer literacy and ability to read technical drawings. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in site development and project coordination. Familiarity with change order processes. Local to the Chicagoland area is preferred. Work Environment This position requires onsite presence at industrial projects focused on installing rooftop solar systems. The projects are located in Elk Grove, Bensenville, and Addison. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Schaumburg, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00/hr.
