Their repeat-client base continues to drive significant growth. Job Description Lead onsite construction operations across multiple states. Manage subcontractors, schedules, and project sequencing. Conduct safety inspections and enforce company standards. Coordinate project activities with owners and project management teams. Ensure quality control and schedule adherence. Oversee project turnover and closeout activities.
