We're looking for a Project Supervisor who's motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with us!

What You'll Do:

Manage day-to-day operations of roofing projects Handle material delivery and inventory on job sites Communicate with customers, crews, and neighbors about ongoing work Inspect projects for quality and ensure jobsites are clean, safe, and organized Provide excellent customer service from start to finish Utilize computer/app skills for reporting and project documentation Identify and upsell additional services (bonus opportunities!)

What We're Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work well with crews and homeowners Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety Basic computer knowledge (email, project tracking software, etc.) Roofing/construction experience preferred, but not required—we'll train the right person!
