Caritas Family Solutions, formerly known as Human Support Services, is seeking a compassionate and motivated individual to serve as a Site Manger in our Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA) homes. This role is perfect for emotionally mature professionals who are passionate about supporting people living with developmental disabilities. The CILA Site Manager is responsible for daily operations of CILA home, continuity of client care and personnel management. include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Ensures either by direct provision or oversight of DSPs that residents receive services as specified in their personal plans. Role modeling to DSP by performing activities of daily living skills training to meet personal plan objectives. Uses administrative skills to ensure that the residential facility and staff maintains compliance with all applicable DHS standards, rules and regulations by ensuring all DSP are current Reviews rules, regulations and standards to DSPs working in assigned home so they can demonstrate knowledge when questioned by surveyors. Communicates with DSP for approved time off, overseeing timecards on Paylocity and creating monthly CILA house schedules using Paylocity. Ensuring no DSP works over 6 days consecutively to follow new labor laws. Ensure that OT is being kep to a minimum. Have individual supervisory meetings with all DSPs on site at least monthly or as often as needed. Be sure to document all meetings. Ensure that all data is collected and properly reported - see that all service billing hours are collected from all assigned employees and turned in on time. Plan and arrange transportation for all activities at your site: including medical appointments, grocery shopping, and all activities in and around the community for all clients as needed. Interviews job applicants, makes hiring recommendations, orients new employees with training and role modeling daily or as needed to ensure new hires understand their role and responsibilities. Communicates effectively with management, through emails, Outlook calendar alerts, phone calls and text messages with responding in a timely manner Be able to build a rapport with individual, parent and guardians or members of their support team. Communicate all necessary information to parent/guardian for all individual's care. Advocate and educate for client rightsRequirements:

Degree/Field Required:
High School Diploma (Related fields will be considered.) or equivalent.Degree/Field Preferred:

Minimum 2 years' experience in working with persons with developmental disabilities. (Can be interchanged with equivalent experience from an advanced degree related to this job and/or with other relevant experience verified by applicant/incumbent). Applicants with an Associate's degree or higher within the Human Services discipline must have one year of experience in working with persons who have developmental disabilities.Licenses/Certifications Required:
