With one of the industry's best reputations and a consistent pipeline of projects across Chicago, this Heavy Civil General Contractor is looking for an Assistant PM to join their Chicago team. If you have 2-5 years of heavy civil construction experience, want to work for a top Chicago civil contractor, and tackle projects ranging from $10M to over $70M, then apply below.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager and Site Superintendent in bridge work/infrastructure/heavy highway/excavation projects Submittal Review and Processing Request for Information Processing Requesting Change Order Information from

Subcontractors Drawing Documentation Processing Meeting Minutes Pre-Construction Preparation of Scopes Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 2-5 years construction experience in the heavy civil sector

OSHA 10, OSHA

30 or higher certification. Bachelor's degree in construction management, Construction Science, or related field preferred but not required. Bridge, paving, asphalt, excavation, utilities, or sewer experience required Communicates well with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Engineers, Architects, etc.

Job Offer:
