Job Description

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and facility projects across multiple locations throughout the United States. This role requires a strong background in construction management, trade coordination, and project oversight to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction or the skilled trades , along with proven project management experience leading projects from planning through completion. This role requires regular travel to job sites across the U.S. Key Responsibilities Manage construction and renovation projects from initial planning through final completion Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards Communicate regularly with stakeholders, leadership, and clients on project updates Review project scopes, drawings, and specifications Resolve project issues and provide proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule Ensure compliance with safety standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor scheduling Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Qualifications 10+ years of experience in construction, building trades, or related field Proven project management experience in construction Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project workflows Experience managing multiple projects and subcontractors Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Travel Requirements Ability and willingness to travel to job sites throughout the United States Travel may vary depending on project needs and could include extended site visits.
